Cancellation Policy
The fine print, kept simple.
24-Hour Cancellation
Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment forfeit the booking deposit.
Booking Deposit
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure most appointments. The deposit is applied to the cost of your service.
Late Arrivals
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. We hold a quiet, on-time studio out of respect for every client's chair time.
No Guests / No Children
For safety and concentration, we ask that you arrive alone — no children or additional guests in the lash room during your service.
